England with a comfortable 5-wicket win in the opening ODI has taken a 1-0 lead in the 3-match ODI series. Runs from Wolvaardt at the top and crucial knocks from Chloe Tryon and Nadine de Klerk helped South Africa post 218 on board. England chased down the total comfortably in 32.1 overs. Emma Lamb got her maiden ODI century and Nat Sciver scored a brilliant 55 off 36. South Africa now is in the must-win territory, they've been good with the ball, but they've got to get their bats talking. A good opening wicket stand and a big inning from anyone in the top 5 is a must for South Africa to stay alive in the series. England doesn't need much to change, it was a perfect outing in the last game and they should look to repeat the same and take a 2-0 lead.
VENUE: County Ground, Bristol
The wicket does favour the quicks and in recent times there's been enough to keep the spinners in the game as well. The surfaces often have been flat and that's what keeps the batters entertained. Likely to be another good contest between the bat and ball.
